Locally owned and operated by Dr. Tricia Eureka (right), Meraki Veterinary Wellness is a veterinary clinic in Medina, Ohio, built to bring personal, thoughtful care back to the center of the experience.

Alongside Sarah, RVT (left), Dr. Eureka brings years of trusted teamwork, compassion, and hands-on care to every visit. Together, they take the time to listen, explain, and build a relationship with you and your pet — whether it’s a first puppy visit, a senior pet’s care plan, or a difficult conversation near the end of life.

Our goal is simple: to provide a higher standard of veterinary care while treating every pet, and every client, with the time and attention they deserve.
